5·12汶川地震十年羌族非物质文化遗产保护与传承调查研究

2008年5·12汶川大地震给羌族地区带来了沉重的打击，但是也促进了社会各界对羌族文化的关注。近年来又逢国家实施了中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程和乡村振兴战略，羌族非物质文化遗产的保护与传承也因此得到前所未有的关注。在这样的背景下，文章以5·12汶川地震十周年为时间节点，对十年间围绕羌族非物质文化遗产的保护和传承所开展的各类学术活动、国家和各级地方政府部门所采取的各项政策与措施以及所取得的成效进行系统的回顾与总结，进一步分析问题并提出意见与建议供相关部门参考，力争为下阶段工作的开展奠定坚实的基础。

Investigation on the Qiang's Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection in the 10th Anniversary of the 5·12 Earthquake

The 5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008 brought a heavy blow to the Qiang's area, but promoted the social attention to the Qiang's culture. In recent years, the state has implemented the project of inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional Chinese culture and the strategy of rural revitalization, which has brought unprecedented attention to the protection of Qiang's intangible cultural heritage.In this context, taking the 10th anniversary of the 5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake as a time node, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes various academic activities, policies and measures adopted by the state and local government departments at all levels, as well as the achievements made in the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Qiang people in the past ten years.The paper also analyzes existing problems and puts forward opinions and suggestions as reference for related departments, in order to lay a solid foundation for the next phase of work.
