| Abstract: | The 21~(st) century is characterized by knowledge economy and more severe competition on the international scale,where economic globalization and informationization have become a trend of international economic development.Information technology proved to be a necessity for enterprises to realize great-leap-forward development and informationization is a process of acquiring sustained competitive advantages and improving competitiveness by using information technology in enterprises. |
