| 摘 要： | 中国共产党第三代中央领导集体在推进我国社会主义精神文明建设事业的实践中，着重从四个方面深化和拓展了邓小平精神文明建设理论进一步阐述了杜会主义精神文明建设的战略地位；进一步构建了社会主义精神文明建设的系统工程；进一步探讨了社会主义精神文明建设的基本规律；进一步说明了社会主义精神文明建设的实践主体。
