摘    要:采用自蔓延燃烧合成(SPCS)技术成功制备了两种新型Ce3+/Sm3+和Eu3+激活的2CaO-Al2O3体系荧光体,发光性质研究表明2CaO-Al2O3:Eu3+在598nm、618nm、650nm、699nm、718nm及749nm六组发射峰分别归属于Eu3+的5D0→7FJ(J=1,2,3,4,5,6)跃迁,其中来自于5D0→7F2的电偶极跃迁发射最强,产品在紫外光激发下发红光,体系中存在5D1,2和5D0之间的多声子驰豫作用;2CaO-Al2O3:Ce3+/Sm3+在576nm与622nm两组发射峰分别来自于4G5/2→6HJ(J=5/2,7/2)跃迁,产品在近紫外光激发下发红光.Eu3+和Sm3+离子在2CaO-Al2O3中主要占非反演中心格位.SEM显示样品表面光滑,结晶较好.

Abstract:Two new phosphors 2CaO-Al2O3 systems activated by Ce3+/Sm3+ and Eu3+ are successfully prepared by Self-Propagating Combustion Synthesis(SPCS) technology.The photoluminescence properties show that the emission peaks of 2CaO-Al2O3: Eu3+ phosphors belong to 5D0→7FJ(J = 1,2,3,4,5,6) transition of Eu3+ ions at 598nm,618nm,650nm,699nm,718nm,749nm,respectively,in which electric dipole transition 5D0→7F2 is most strongest.The 2CaO-Al2O3: Eu3+ phosphors emit red light under UV radiation,in which phonons relaxation p...
