英属印度文官机构研究综述

文官制度是殖民统治留给印度现代民族国家的重要遗产。殖民时期印度文官机构一直以来都是研究南亚问题学者们非常重视和关注的问题。从官僚组织和制度构建、官僚制研究中的行为主义和民族独立国家行政传统构建三种视角介绍国外学者对于殖民时期印度文官机构的研究,对于深入了解殖民统治实质具有重要意义。

A GENERAL REVIEW ON THE CIVIL SERVICE IN BRITISH INDIA

The Indian Civil Service is one of the most important heritages of British colonial rule to the modern India state.The Colonial Indian Civil Service has been studied by lots of excellent students and scholars of South Asian Studies.The paper is trying to introduce the study about the Indian Civil Service in the English intellectual world from the perspectives of the Bureaucratic Organization,Behaviorism in the Bureaucracy＇s studies and the formation of the administrative tradition in the independent nation-state.It would be helpful to intimately understand the essence of colonial rule.
