国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式创新的探索——以湖南理工学院为例

多年以来,湖南理工学院不断探索和创新国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式,通过完善专业培养方案、加强实践教学环节、加强师资队伍建设、加强教学研究改革等措施,专业建设取得了一定的成效,形成了一定特色,但在人才培养中仍然存在一定的不足和问题,建议是要加强国际贸易学科建设,改善实践教学环节,进一步提高教师教学水平和加强教学研究和改革。

THE EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF TALENT CULTIVATING MODEL INNOVATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY AND TRADE SPECIALTY IN LOCAL UNDERGRADUATE COLLEGE Taking Hunan Institute of Science and Technology as an Example

Over the years,Hunan Institute of Science and Technology has been exploring and innovating talent cultivating model for international economy and trade specialty.Through improving the professional training programs,strengthening practice teaching,strengthening the construction of teachers and teaching research and reform,professional construction,we has obtained achievements,and formed its characteristics,but there are still some problems in talent cultivating.The discipline construction of international trade should be strengthened,the practical teaching should be perfected,teaching level of teachers should be improved and teaching research and reform should be strengthened.
