| 摘 要： | 解放前,工人阶级是一个受苦受难的阶级。解放后,工人阶级翻身做了主人,成为我们国家的领导阶级。改革开放后,工人阶级的内涵逐步拓展,成为除了种地农民之外的全体社会主义事业的建设者。然而,工人阶级内部已分化为若干个社会阶层。如何整合各阶层利益,使其为实现党的纲领和目标而奋斗,是构建社会主义和谐社会的一项迫切任务。

| Abstract: | Before liberation,the working class was a miserable class.After liberation,the working class turned over to be the leading class in our nation.After the reform and opening,the connotation of the working class expanded and converted the constructor of the socialism except the farmer who live to plough land in our country.However,the working class have been divided into some social classes.How to unite the benefit of the social classes and to struggle for our party's cause is an urgent task of constructing a harmonious society. |
