| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析知识经济的特点及对人才需求的特征 ,阐明高等教育必须适应知识经济对人才培养、提出的新要求 ,指出高质量的本科教育是实现高等教育、培养新型人才的关键 ,相应地提出必须树立与知识经济要求相适应的本科教育观念。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics of knowledge economy and the requirements for human resources, this paper tries to point that higher education should adapt to the new requirements for human resoruces brought by knowledge economy. Meanwhile, the author argues that quality higher education is the key to the cultivation of new type human resources and proposes the necessity to establish the new concept adapted to the knowledge economy. |
