论青海土官、土司制度的历史变迁

研究青海地区土官、土司制度的变迁 ,对了解元明清时期西北地区少数民族政治制度史具有典型解剖的意义。青海土官制度创始于元代 ,明代得到普遍推行 ,清代演变为土司制度。清代土司制度与明代土官制度大同小异 ,随着时代的进步 ,土司制度日益不合时宜 ,终于走向消亡。

An Analysis on Historical Evolution of the System of the Tribal Chief and the System of Appointing National Minority Hereditary Headman in Qinghai

It is a typical significance to study evolution of the tribal chief system and the system of appointing national minority hereditary headman in Qinghai regions and understand the history of national minority political system of Northwest area in the Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.The system of tribal chief in Qinghai originated in the Yuan Dynasty,had been universally practised in the Ming Dynasty and changed into the system of appointing national minority hereditary headman in the Qing Dynasty.The system of appointing national minority hereditary headman in the Qing Dynasty and the system of tribal chief in the Ming Dynasty are much the same but with minor differences.The system of appointing national minority hereditary headman was increasingly incompatible with present needs and went down to one's doom in the end along with the progress of times.
