| 摘 要： | 高校实验室是进行实验教学、科研工作、培养大学生实践和创新能力的重要基地,建设一支高水平的实验技术队伍,是做好实验室工作的重要保证。本文就高校当前实验技术队伍建设存在的问题进行分析、探讨,并提出了相应对策。
