| 摘 要： | 依法行政，是社会主义市场经济发展对各级政府机关及其行政活动提出的客观要求，是我国实现依法治国基本方略的重要环节和内容。文章通过对依法行政提出的依据、基本要求和实现机制三方面内容的论述，进一步说明在我国贯彻依法行政原则，对于实现国家行政管理的法制化具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Administration in conformity with legal provisions is not only an objective requirement of the development of socialist market economy over all levels of government, but also an essential aspect of the plan of administrating the whole country according to law. This paper studied the basis, basic requirements and realization mechanism of legal administration and stated its great significance in running the country according to legal provisions. |
