| 摘 要： | 随着商品经济在农村的发展,农民饮食的商品化程度进一步提高。然而在这种趋势中,农村食品安全问题却日益突出。对蒋坝镇的调查揭示了造成农村食品安全问题的原因包括农民自身文化素质、经济落后、食品监管的制度缺陷和诚信危机等方面。

| Abstract: | With the market economy development in the rural area,to boost the commercialization of food for peasants is the essential way to better living standard.However,as a consequence of imperfect legal,institutional system,peasants lacking self-protection awareness and weak governmental supervision,the food safety problems are getting serious.The survey in Jiangba Town reveals the status quo and the contributing factors and their degrees of influence of food safety problems.Finally,some policy suggestions are offered. |
