| Abstract: | The guarantees of human rights make the process of globalization and the development of constitutional government make for one darection. and the free thought right provides us a better angle of view to learn their relation as the most basic human right. The requirement of globalization calls for the establishement of the protection system of Chinese constitutional government about the free thought right and it signals the direction of the development of our Chinese constitutional government. |
