摘    要:长期以来,人们一直认为中国在近代的衰败是由于腐败,而没有认识到比之更深层的原因是意识形态的落后。实际上,马克思在很少专门针对中国问题的研究中却比较专门地探讨了这一问题。根据他的观点,中国近代的衰败主要表现在意识形态的落后上,腐败也是落后意识形态的集中体现。这里,马克思实际上对唯物史观原则予以了重大突破,那就是,不能仅仅将意识形态理解为一种附属的、次要的、被动的、至多也是反作用的力量,而应该将其理解为社会实践的革命力量,就如在历次大革命中哲学都曾作了理论先导一样。因此,思想解放应该成为唯物史观的重要原则写入马克思主义哲学。从这个意义上说,中国共产党提出的"三个代表"重要思想正是其精髓的体现。

Abstract:Long-term, many people thought always the decline of Qing Dynasty was because of the corruption, but did not knew about that deeper cause was drop behind of consciousness. In reality, Mark thought to exclusively this problem in the few research concerning Chinese problem. According to his standpoint, the decline primarily was because the drop behind of consciousness, corrupt too was because the drop behind of consciousness. Mark thought in reality important breakthrough of The Materialistic history standpoint here. Namely,cant only comprehend consciousness as an accessory, subordination, passive or at most is also counter-effect power, but should be the revolution power about society practice. So that, the thought liberation should become importantly tenet of materialistic history write in the Marxist philosophy. Say from this meaning, the Chinese communist bring up three representatives is to show its essence now.
