| 摘 要： | 本文分五个部分就20世纪80年代以来我国对伊斯兰教法的学术研究所取得的成果进行了详细的梳理。20多年的研究成果表明,教法的学术研究不仅具有一定的开拓性、前瞻性、理论性、科学性和时代性,而且为中国伊斯兰教的研究积累了宝贵的学术资料,同时也为我们提出了新的研究课题。

| Abstract: | The paper,by being divided into five parts,deals with the fruits made in research to Islam religion in China ever since 1980s'. Fruits achieved in the past twenty years indicate that research to Islam religion not only possesses the characteristics of being pioneering,theoretical,scientific and keeping abreast with the times,but it has also accumulated an overabundance of valuable academic data for future's research work.Meanwhile,the research fruits gained by far have advanced for us the future's new research topics. |
