| 摘 要： | 风险投资群的分布有着明显的地域性。根据对硅谷风险投资集群成功发展原因的分析 ,我国风险投资应在具有一定区域经济发展优势、高新企业集群的地区优先发展。三大经济圈中的北京、上海、深圳发展风险投资具有各自的优势和劣势。风险投资在我国要先聚集 ,通过辐射作用带动其他区域的发展。 |

| Abstract: | It is obvious that venture investment is regionally distributed. More over, the choice of zone is very important to the development of venture investm ent and high-tech industries. The paper focuses on the reasons for the successfu l accumulation and development of venture investment in Silicon Valley, and thus puts forward that venture investment should be established in China's developed regions, such as Bejing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, which have both advantages and disadvantages for the development of venture investment. The accumulation of v enture investment in these areas, through radiation, will then drive the develop ment of the others zone in china. |
