| Abstract: | As an economy policy influenced by certain historical background of Chinese Anti-Japanese War,the agricultural technical popularization in west China was also the prelude to the west development.The measure not only supported the Anti-Japanese war but also promoted the development of west agricultural production and accelerated the local progress. |
