| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，民营经济和民营企业的蓬勃发展极大地推动了我国国民经济的发展，但受制于金融体制改革的相对滞后，民营企业的进一步发展遭遇融资瓶颈的制约，因此需要积极拓宽民营企业的融资渠道，发展民营企业债券融资。笔者在阐述企业债券融资比较优势的基础上，分析了制约我国民营企业债券融资发展的主要因素，并提出了发展民营企业债券融资的基本思路。
