| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化步伐的加快，成人学历教育的教学质量成为成人学历教育教学工作面临的突出问题。为此，成人学历教育的管理者要认清形势，充分认识到教学质量是成人学历教育的生命线，加强理论研究，构建具有成人学历教育特色的教学质量监控体系，采取有效措施，切实强化质量管理，全面提高成人学历教育的教学质量，实现成人学历教育的健康、可持续发展。
