产业发展阶段和耕地利用变化的关系研究——以江西省为例

文章根据产业结构变化和土地利用结构变化的内在联系,在综合分析改革开放以来江西省的产业结构、耕地面积及其利用方式等数据资料的基础上,对产业发展演化的阶段性及其对耕地利用变化影响的规律性进行了研究和探讨。研究结果表明,随着社会经济的发展和产业结构的不断升级演化,可以将产业发展划分为不同的阶段或时期,在不同的产业发展阶段,耕地面积和利用方式均呈现明显的规律性变化。在以第一产业为主,第二、三产业发展缓慢的工业化预备阶段,耕地主要用于种植粮食作物,仅有少量的耕地用于种植经济作物,且耕地占用量少,转化速度缓慢;在以第一产业比值快速下降,第二、三产业比值稳步上升的工业化早期阶段,耕地的复种指数不断提高,利用强度不断加大,部分原来种植粮食作物的耕地逐步转化为种植收益更高的经济作物,致使用于种植粮食作物的耕地大幅减少,而用于种植经济作物的耕地增加迅速,且耕地面积占用和减少幅度明显加快;在第二产业比值迅速上升的由工业化早期向工业化中期转型的过渡阶段,虽然耕地总面积急剧减少,但用于种植蔬菜的耕地却仍然保持较快的增长速度。

Study on Influence of Arable Land Use Changeby the Industry Development in Jiangxi Province

At the basis of analyzing the industrial structure,arable land area and land use type etc.in Jiangxi province,the industries development characteristics and the rule of the arable land use influenced by industries development are discussed according to the inherence relationship between the industrial structure changing and the land use structure changing.The research results show that the industries development period of Jiangxi can be divided into three stages.The first stage is industrialization preparation period,during this period the primary industry holding dominant status and the secondary and tertiary industries developing slowly;the second stage is industrialization initial period,during this period the ratio of the primary industry falling quickly and the secondary and tertiary industry ratio ascending stably;the third stage is interim between the industrialization initial period and the industrialization metaphase.Effecting by industries development,the arable land area and land use mode are changing regularly;the arable land area has been decreasing slowly during the industrialization preparation period while the primary industry giving priority;its reducing extent has been more distinct after entering the industrialization initial period;it has been falling sharply during the interim.The characteristics of arable land use mode and its change are that most of the arable lands are used to plant the food crops and few of that are used to plant economic crops during the industrialization preparation period.After entering the industrialization initial period,the compound planting index and use intension of arable land are increasing continuously,some of arable land formerly used to plant food crops are changed to plant the high profit economic crops,which results in the arable land area planting food crops reducing quickly and the area planting economic crops increasing distinctly.During the interim,the arable land area has been decreasing rapidly;meanwhile,the land area planting vegetable has been going up continuously.
