| Abstract: | The problems of farmers are the core among the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The problems of farmers in nature are their inadequate education background. In the light of the need for development in western rural areas and the experience from African countries, the paper concludes that the solutions to the problems lie in vigorous development of rural basic and vocational education. |
