教育学院教育理论课程改革的构想

摘    要:教育学院属于成人师范院校,教育理论课是其课程的主要部分.长期以来,教学中存在着忽视成人学习特点、学生掌握理论层次较浅、基本功训练差、教学效率低等问题.主要原因有联系实际不够、针对性较差、学生参与少、各学科联系松散、内容重复过多等.设置教育理论综合课是一条值得探索的解决问题的途径,它具有可以加强理论联系实际、有针对性进行教学、增加学生主动参与机会、加强学科之间联系、减少内容重复等优点.设置教育理论综合课要处理好知识的系统性与重点解决问题的关系和掌握知识与培养能力的关系.而问题的设计、内容的编排及课程开设的时间和顺序是处理好两个关系的关键.

Abstract:Teachers college belongs to teachers-training academies.The study of educational theory is the main part of the training. Some problems in dealing with adults study characteristics, mastering theories, basic abilities training,low teach- ing quality,etc.have been in existence for quite a long time.The main reasons cover inadequacy of theory connecting with practice,low pertinence, low student-enlisting, loose connection between subjects, too much repetition, etc. The setup of comprehensive lessons is a valuable way to solve these problems ,whtich can strengthen the connection between theory and practice , having classes with pertinence, adding up students opportunities in participating teaching and studying, strengthen the connection between subjects,lessen the repetition of materials, etc.We must, in setting up comprehensive lessons, manage well the relationships between having systematic knowledge and solving important questions and cultivating abilities,in which the key work is to plan good questions, arrange proper materials,having scientific study time and order.
