大学生课外学术科技作品的模糊综合评价

摘    要:大学生开展课外学术科技活动是培养大学生创新实践能力的有效途径,对科技活动的成果进行评价是保证活动顺利进行的重要工作。作者依据科技作品评价的基本原则,提出建立科技作品评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价方法,并进行了科技发明类作品的实例评价分析,从而检验评价方法的合理性和可操作性。

Abstract:For college students,developing the extracurricular academic campaign of science and technology is an effective approach to raise their innovative and practical ability.It is an important part to assess the a- chievement of the extracurricular academic campaign of science and technology to guarantee the campaign de- veloping availably.According to the basic principles of the assessment,the assessment system of the work was established.Comprehensive fuzzy cassessment method was adopted to assess the scientific and technological works by some actual examples,and then to proof-test the rationality and operability of this method.
