| 摘 要： | 以江总书记“三个代表”重要思想关于社会经济发展的精神为指导 ,我们不仅应该加大西部开发的力度 ,而且应该从历史、现实和未来 ,客观、主观和主客现的统一 ,以及涉及带整体性的六个辩证关系三个方面加以总体地把握和处理。只有坚持这两个方面的统一 ,才可能尽快地使西部广大人民群众都过上殷实的小康生活 ,并不断向更高水平迈进。

| Abstract: | Taking the important thinking of "Three Representatives" as a guidance for social and economic development, we should not only enhance the western development, but give a general handling of the aspeccts of history and reality, the unity of objectivity and subjectivity, and the seven dialectical relations as a whole. Only in this way can we fastly make broad masses have a well off life, and step to a higher level. |
