| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省的经济发展是以拥有一个强大的、发达的区域金融体系为前提的。然而,与发达地区相比,黑龙江省金融发展呈现出弱势,多种迹象表明黑龙江省金融发展已经滞后于经济发展,这种滞后主要表现在现行的金融体系不合理、金融资源严重不足、区域金融风险较大等几个主要方面。

| Abstract: | The economic development of Heilongjiang province presupposes that it owns a strong and advanced area finance system. However,a weak situation has emerged in financial development in the province in contrast to the developed area. There are indications that the financial development of Heilongjiang province lags behind the development of economy, which mainly shows unreasonable financial system, scarecity of finance resources, serious area financial risks and so on. |
