清代新疆移民屯垦政策探析

十八九世纪,清朝政府为了更加有效地管理新疆进行了有目的的移民,清朝政府在新疆的移民屯垦政策是中国中央政府上千年边疆政策的延续和扩展。在新疆的移民屯垦不仅稳固了清朝的统治也确保了我国西北地区的安全,移民实边也调整了南北疆的人口分布和经济格局,促使新疆主要民族的分布格局的最终形成。

Research on the policy of resettlement and land reclamation of Qing Dynasty in Xinjiang

During the 18th ~19th centuries,in order to more effectively govern Xinjiang,Qing government implemented the immigration policy on purpose.The resettlement and land reclamation in Xinjiang carried out by Qing government is the continuing and extension of the borderland policy for thousands of years by the central government of China.This policy not only stabilized the governance of Qing Dynasty but also ensured the safety of the northwest China.The resettlement and solidifying policy adjusted the population distribution and economic setup of the northern and southern borderlands,which also promoted the forming of the main nationalities in Xinjiang.
