| Abstract: | The paper proposes an idea of developing minorities’ culture which has rich content and lively characteristics,so as to provide precious resources for the great development and prosperity of culture in Heilongjiang.It is also recommended the spirit of the 18th National People’s Congress of the 10th Heilongjiang Committee should be learned in depth and carried out seriously,remembering that the minorities’ culture plays an important role in the development and prosperity of culture in Heilongjiang,sparing no effort to promote the great development and prosperity of it. |
