民国初年“宋汉章案件”评析

1912年3月24日发生的沪军都督陈其美拘捕上海中国银行经理宋汉章事件,为民国初年轰动一时的著名案件,各大报纸纷纷报道,两任大总统孙中山、袁世凯,两任财政总长陈锦涛、熊希龄都对此案件表现出极大的关注,南京临时政府的司法总长伍廷芳甚至在报刊上公开与陈其美展开数次论辩,在沪外国领事也曾在此事件中发表意见。财政问题似乎是"宋汉章案件"的引爆点,但大清银行与中华银行争夺中央银行地位的斗争却是更为深层的原因,从一个侧面反映着民初革命派与原大清银行集团之间的较量。

Study on "the Song Hanzhang Case" Took Place in the Early Republic of China

March 24,1912,Shanghai military commander Chen Qimei arrested Song Hanzhang,the manager of the Bank of China,shanghai branch.This event was the most shocking case in the early Republic of China.All the newspapers reported this case.Two presidents,Sun Zhongshan and Yuan Shikai,and the two Chiefs of the Ministry of Finance,Chen Jingtao and Xiong Xiling had showed their great concern about this case.The Chief of the Ministry of Justice from the Nanjing Provisional Government even launched debates with Chen Qimei in a newspaper overtly.Some of the foreign consulates in Shanghai was also had some comments in this incident.The financial problem seemed to be a tipping point of "the Song Hanzhang Case",but the deep reason should be the competition between the Bank of Qing Dynasty and the Bank of China for status of central banks.Moreover,it reflected the struggle between the revolutionaries and the original Bank of Qing Dynasty Group in the early of Republic of China.
