发展我国证券市场中的机构投资者

作者从我国证券市场存在的问题入手,阐述了在我国证券市场发展机构投资者的必要性,分析了制约我国机构投资者发展的制度原因和影响我国机构投资者发展的内在原因,并得出我国证券市场今后的发展思路:加快法制建设,强化监督管理;提高上市公司的持续发展能力;加强新的金融产品的开发,适时推出股指期货、期权等金融衍生品工具。

Developing the Investment Organizations in China's Securities Business
