| 摘 要： | 广西宜州市合寨村率先开始的村民自治是农村继家庭联产承包责任制后又一次制度创新。它一出现便引起了各方高度关注,并迅速在全国推广起来。村民自治作为一种新生事物,显示了强大的生命力和诸多优越性。如果能够克服其目前所存在的制度缺失,使之臻于完善,那么将是建构农村和谐社会的一种较为理想的制度供给。

| Abstract: | Hezhai Village in Yizhou,Guangxi Zhuan Autonomous Region initialed villagers' autonomy,which is another system innovation after the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output.Its first appearance has aroused much attention in the society and got spread in the whole nation rapidly.Being a new thing,villagers' autonomy has shown strong vitality and lots of advantages.If the current shortcoming of system lack is overcome and gets perfected,it can be an ideal system supply for building a rural harmonious society. |
