| 摘 要： | 21世纪的图书馆正面临着日益普及的数字化信息环境。越来越多的数字化和网络化信息资源正得到广泛的应用，越来越多的用户正逐步具备网络使用能力并且越来越依靠网络来进行信息检索。怎样在数字环境下为用户提供网络化、数字化的信息服务一直是图书馆人思考和需要回答的问题。本文从数字参考咨询服务的内涵、形式和技术基础入手，论述了数字环境下参考咨询服务需要处理好的几个关系，并对数字环境下参考咨询服务模式的构建作了一些探讨。
