明代文官致仕问题研究

摘    要:致仕制度是中国古代文官制度的重要组成部分。在明代,统治者大量继承了前代的做法,又依据本朝的实际情况多所更张,形成了独具本朝特色的文官致仕制度。对明代文官致仕的年龄、待遇问题进行细致爬梳可知,在专制主义中央集权下,致仕制度的规范化、法制化受到了严峻的挑战。

Abstract:The retiring system was an important part of the official system in ancient China.The Ming emperors not only inherited many previous practices,but also made great innovations,establishing the special official retiring system with the characteristics of each dynasty.This thesis tries to make a detailed study on the age and treatment of the Ming's retiring officials so as to illustrate the fact that the standardization and institutionalization of the retiring system were seriously challenged under the central autocratic power.
