| 摘 要： | 罗长裿作为传统士子,走出书斋,书生典戎,建功边陲,在他身上充分体现了不图安逸、忧国忧民的经世精神。不事虚文、热衷西学,敢于担当、勇于任事,关心民瘼、安民和众,整军经武、维护国权,构成了罗长裿经世思想的内在意蕴;时代变局的刺激,湖湘文化的陶铸,是这种思想形成的根本原因。

| Abstract: | As a traditional intellectual,Luo Chang-qi renounced the pen and joined the army,then made a distinguished career in the frontier region.He was deeply interested in Western learning,dared to take the responsibility,showed sympathy for people's sufferings,and safeguarded the territorial integrity.All of these compose the connotative meaning of his "Jing Shi Thought"(the thought of mastering classics and applying it in practice).The stimulation of volatile situation and the favorable influence of "Huxiang Culture" are the root causes for the formation of his thought. |
