| 摘 要： | 2004年全国职教工作会议精神体现在五个方面:必须从全面建设小康社会的全局出发,提高对职业教育的认识;坚持以科学发展观为指导,统筹规划各级各类教育,实现职业教育新的大发展;以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,推进办学思想、办学模式和办学机制创新,提高职业教育工作水平;将构建职业教育体系、加快制造业和现代服务业技能型人才培养、加强职教基地建设等作为今后一个时期的重点工作;对开创职教改革与发展的新局面提出要求。本文在深入分析全国职教会议精神的基础上,分析了我国职教师资队伍建设现状,并阐述了进一步加强职教师资队伍建设的基本思路和具体措施。

| Abstract: | The main spirit of national conference on vocational education in 2004 is shown in 5 aspects. Based on analysing the spirit of national conference on vocational education, the article analyses the current situation of the construction of teaching staff states the basic idea and measures to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in vocational education. |
