| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the important roles of s＆t statistic in the development of colleges ＆ universities from four aspects which are the foundation of decision-making , the reference of setting up and adjusting organizational structure, the premise of making and appraising incentive policy and the crucial resort of implementing the idea of ＂ people-oriented＂ management. It also brings forward some related measures on how to enforce s＆t statistic task. |
