| 摘 要： | 建国初期，国家通过大规模院系调整成立的一批行业特色型大学在推动中国工业化进程中发挥了不可替代的作用；高等教育管理体制改革后行业特色型大学不再归属原行业部门管理，其发展面临新的问题。首先阐述了大学核心竞争力的内涵，分析了行业特色型大学发展的优势及面临的困境；然后提出了培育和提升行业特色型人学核心竞争力的措施，可供同类高校参考。

| Abstract: | In the 1950s,a large number of universities with distinct industrial features have been established in China.These universities play an irreplaceable role in industrialization of China.After the reform of higher education management system,development of these universities confronts difficult situation.This paper demonstrates the meaning of the core competence of university,analyzes the advantages and drawbacks in the development of universities with industrial features,and furthermore puts forward measures to enhance their core competence. |
