| 摘 要： | 本文通过一个小型企业生产管理信息系统的开发实践过程 ,着重探讨了小型企业在MIS建设的几个重要阶段中应注意的一些问题 ,认为在目前的技术条件下 ,这些问题是决定小型企业管理信息系统开发成败的主要因素 ,并结合实际提出了小型企业MIS建设的一些建议。
