体制转变中社会工作的职业化进程

《社会工作者国家职业标准》的公布为社会工作者职业化提供了机会,在社会转型过程中有两种不同的社会工作者的职业化:实际社会工作者的身份转换与社会工作专业毕业生的专业支持型职业化。在这一过程中要对社会工作职业给予合理的定位,以导入社会工作专业制度。政府部门在社会工作职业化方面扮演着重要角色,社会工作专业团体和民间组织对社会工作职业化的健康发展负有重要责任。 

The Professionalization of Social Work in System Transformation

The publishment of The Station Professional Standard for Social Worker provides chance for the professionalization of social workers.There are two kinds of social worker professionalization in the process of social transformation:the capacity change of practical social workers and the specialized supportive professionalization of graduates major in social work.In this process,we should give the reasonable position to the social worker professionalization,then we could draw into the social work specialized institution.The government plays a very important role in the social work professionalization,and the professional and non-governmental organizations of social work take a great responsibility for its healthy development.
