水溶性酚醛树脂制备实验的改进

摘    要:选用不同改性剂合成了改性水溶性酚醛树脂,通过对树脂各项性能的测定,在n苯酚:n甲醛=1:1.5,NaOH加入量为苯酚和甲醛纯物质总量5%,尿素为改性剂,加入量为甲醛和苯酚加入总量的10%时,其改性后的水溶性酚醛树脂黏度为35.2Pa·s,固含量达53.53%,游离甲醛含量为0.44%,游离苯酚含量为1.09%,羟甲基含量为24.57%,该条件是本文选用改性剂中改性效果较佳的一种.

Abstract:In this paper, the modified water-soluble phenolic-formaldehyde resins were synthesized with different modifiers. The properties of these resins were analyzed, it was found that the better synthesis conditions were that using carbamide as modifier, it's adding amount was 10 % of the amount of phenol and formaldehyde, adding alkaline as catalyst , using mole ratio of the phenol to formaldehyde was 1 : 1.5 , the resin was synthesized on these conditions had the following property that the viscosity was 35.2 Pa· s ,the solid content was 53.53%, and free formaldehyde content was 0.44% ,free phenol content was 1.09%, hydroxy-mehty content was 24.57%.
