| 摘 要： | 中国共产党执政的内涵是中国共产党执掌全部国家政权,外延不仅包括国家事务,而且涉及社会生活,本质是领导和支持人民当家作主。无论从中国共产党执政的内涵、外延还是本质来看,中国共产党依法执政的实质都是依宪执政。

| Abstract: | The connotation of the Chinese Communist Party in power is the Communist Party of China take the whole state power, and its extension includes not only the affairs of our state, but also related to social life, and its essence is the leading and supporting people s being their own masters. From the point of whatever the connotation, extension and essence of Chinese Communist Party in power, the substance of ruling by law is ruling by constitution. |
