我国民事诉讼的效率追求及其改进

现代社会,由于经济、科技及社会的迅猛发展,各种经济纠纷和矛盾冲突成倍增长,案件数量急剧"爆炸",诉讼需求与诉讼资源剧烈冲突,诉讼改革浪潮席卷而来。我国民事诉讼法颁布实施已10余年,与时俱进地修改完善日益成为人们关注的热点。本文从其效率追求的角度,提出了改进建议。

Study on Efficiency of Civil Procidure Law and Its Improvement

Now and days,all kinds of civil disputes are increasing and civil cases are adding because of the development and technology and society.So that conflicts are produced among demands of civil action and judicial resource.So the innovation of civil action is necessary.The civil procedure law of Chinese has been promulgated for ten years.To revise it is becoming a hot issue which people are concerned .This paper puts forward some suggestion to improve The civil procedure law through pursuing efficiency of civil action.
