| 摘 要： | 依据ISO9000标准"八项原则",在探索影响新建本科院校专业人才培养质量的关键因素、主要质量控制点、质量评价标准的基础上,力求将目标管理与过程管理、质量评价与质量监控合为一体,设计出新建本科院校教学质量监控的要素与结构,构建教学质量监控的基本模式,建立具有可操作性的教学质量监控的管理方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the eight quality management principles of ISO 9000 and the research of the educating quality in the newly-built university,it tries to unite the target management with process approach as well as quality evaluation with quality monitoring so as to set the reasonable structure,the mode and the managing methods of the teaching quality monitoring in the newly-built university. |
