| 摘 要： | 学校创新人才的培养必须基于主体性人格的确立,社会发展的水准与未来趋势和价值取向的理解与把握。培养创新人才,必须承认学生具有创新本能但又存在个体差异,重视对学生知识和能力的培养,同时人文道德教育在培养创新人才中也具有重要地位。
