| Abstract: | It is a significant and strategical assignment for CPC to enhance their reins of our government,which is extremely important for both the Party and our country, and causes the full attention of the three generations'leading groups of CPC. There is far-reaching practical and historical significance in strengthening our Party's construction of ability of reins in all ways, such as thoughts,organization, attitude and system as well as innovating their leading and reining methods. |
