网络时代大学英语教师的角色转变

进入网络时代，大学英语教师面临着一系列的挑战—英语学习资源的多元化，学生学习目的的变化和教师权威的弱化。为了满足时代的要求、学生的需求和自身发展的需求，大学英语教师必须转变角色—不但要从传统的“教师”转变为“导师”，从课程的执行者转变为课程设计的参与者，而且必须成为终身学习者，不断提高业务能力、科研能力和新技术运用能力。
