网络时代大学英语教师的角色转变

摘    要:进入网络时代,大学英语教师面临着一系列的挑战—英语学习资源的多元化,学生学习目的的变化和教师权威的弱化。为了满足时代的要求、学生的需求和自身发展的需求,大学英语教师必须转变角色—不但要从传统的“教师”转变为“导师”,从课程的执行者转变为课程设计的参与者,而且必须成为终身学习者,不断提高业务能力、科研能力和新技术运用能力。

Abstract:College English teachers are confronted with a series of challenges in cyber era,such as diversified learning sources,students' changed objectives and teachers' weakened authority.College English teachers must transform their roles from traditional teachers to tutors,from executants of curriculum to participants of curriculum design in order to meet demands of the era,the students and the self-development.College English teachers shall continuously enhance their capabilities in teaching,researching and utilization of new technologies and become a lifelong learner.
