| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the requirements for adaptive ability,developing capacity and competitive power of applied talents in manufacturing industry in 21st century and points out the importance of training students' innovative ability,engineering consciousness,practical ability under the situation of mass higher education.It also puts forward some suggestions on the building principles,functions of the training centre. |
