| 摘 要： | "依法治国"旨在建立法治化社会;"以德治国"则是使这个有法度的社会符合人性."法治"和"德治"并举的治国方略体现了人类理性精神的现实统一,它源于人类自身的理性发展史所提供的启示,也源于当代中国社会发展的必然要求.

| Abstract: | The purpose of "rule of law" is to establish a society of legality,while "moral governance" to make the society of legality be coincide nt to humanity. The governance strategy,including "rule of law" and "moral go vernance",embodies the unification of reality for the rational spirit of conte mporary man. It is derived from the revelation provided by the rational developm ent of human beings and from the necessary demand of the devlopment of contempor ary Chinese society. |
