坚持科学发展观,不断提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力,实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标是中国共产党清醒自觉的执政逻辑。构建社会主义“和谐社会”是一个历史过程,具有特定的历史渊源,同时也面临着许多现实的矛盾。矛盾的解决和社会主义“和谐社会”的构建需要我们有新的思维来思考。按历史的逻辑对社会主义“和谐社会”进行分析,指出构建社会主义“和谐社会”所面临的主要矛盾并探讨解决的途径。

History, Contradiction and Mediation: On the Socialist Harmonious Society

As the governing party in China, the Chinese Communist Party consciously and clear-headedly advocates that the scientific conception of development should be maintained, that the ability to construct a harmonious socialist society should be steadily bettered, and that the objectives of constructing a comparatively well-off society in an all round way must be achieved. To construct a "harmonious socialist society" is a historical process with its specific historical causes in confrontation with realistic contradictions. To resolve the contradictions and to construct a "harmonious socialist society", we must consider everything in new ways of thinking. It is important to analyze the "harmonious socialist society" according to historical logic, and point out the chief contradictions confronted in its construction as well as how to resolve them.
