| 摘 要： | 学报编辑编辑的是高水平的学术理论期刊,创新度、科学性、学术含量的要求,转载率、工作量的压力,使他们的心理健康状况不容乐观。运用SCL-90心理卫生自评量表,对河南省高校学报编辑进行的心理健康调查显示:学报编辑心理健康状况整体上低于常模;女编辑心理健康程度不如男编辑;存在的主要问题是强迫症状、人际敏感、敌意等。建议:学报编辑对已经出现的心理症状,除了尽快尽早地进行针对性的治疗外,还要注意劳逸结合,学会自我调节,加强心理防御方式教育,提高心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Editors of academic journals are under pressures in quite a few aspects. Using SCL - 90 scale to investigate the psychological healthof the journal editors, the result is not optimistic. They are under normal health conditions, and the condition of the females is worse than that of male. Concrete and effective measures are to be taken to improve the health condition of the journal editors. |
