“总体性社会”结构背景下中国社会建设的特点浅析

新中国成立后,我国建立起了以国家政权为核心,国家、市场、社会三位一体的"总体性社会"。在"总体性社会"结构背景下,社会建设依附在国家政权体系下,以政府为主体,依靠政治动员的力量,服务于政治目标。国家依靠强有力的中央集权与计划体制,控制了一切社会资源,整个社会结构封闭、凝滞。这种社会建设模式虽然有利于国家集中有限的社会资源,在短时间内解决面临的一系列社会问题,实现社会整合的目标,但其形成的一系列僵化体制对今后我国社会建设的推进产生了不良影响。

The Characteristics of Chinese Social Construction under the Background of the Structural Framework of "Overall Society"

After the founding of new China, our county has established ＂overall society＂ which takes state power as the core and includes state, market and society of the Trinity. Under the structure background of ＂overall society＂ , social construction cIings to the state power system, taking government as the main part, depending on the power of political mobilization, servicing to political goals. The state governs all the resources of society depending on the strong central authority and planning system, so the whole social structure is closed and stagnant. Although this kind of social construction model is better for concentrating their limited social resource to country and it also could solve the people＇ s livelihood which is most urgent need for a short time, this model forms a series of rigescent systems which has harmful effects for the process of our social construction in the future.
